Ken Boyer Award

Is presented yearly to an outgoing 8th-grade girl and boy in the CYLA program who has demonstrated a commitment to the sport of lacrosse, the CYLA program, has invested in being the best teammate and always puts the team first. This player may not be the best on the field but having them on the team makes a difference. Players are nominated by their coaches and voted on by the board of directors.

Jack Fletcher Scholarship 

Is awarded yearly to a graduating senior who went through the boys and girls youth lacrosse program.  The recipient must demonstrate a commitment to the sport of lacrosse, contribution to the CYLA community, leadership, teamwork, and academic achievement including GPA, class rank, and test scores.  Seniors can apply for the scholarship by submitting an essay, letter of recommendation, and academic transcript to a CYLA board member.  The board reviews and votes on the most deserving candidate.
